Own product content and messaging across ecommerce listings and CRM to drive compliant, compelling product stories and repeat purchases.

  • Content Ownership: Write and optimize product detail pages, store fronts, and marketing assets across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Walmart.
  • Messaging & Compliance: Align with marketing and operations to ensure accurate labels, platform rules, and regulatory guidelines.
  • CRM & Education: Plan and refresh customer education, launch updates, and brand announcements to boost engagement and retention.
