Job Summary

Own the end-to-end e-commerce flow from product setup and storefront updates to paid media deployment, ensuring a seamless customer journey with QA and data integrity.

  • Shopify Operations & Site Merchandising: manage product launches, homepage/collection updates, landing pages, and app integrations.
  • Paid Media Campaign Execution: build out campaigns in Meta/Google, manage creative trafficking, tracking links, and budget adjustments under guidance.
  • QA & Maintenance: rigorously test ad-to-landing-page journeys and audit links, codes, and pixels for data accuracy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Catalog & Launch Management: Own the end-to-end setup of new products (descriptions, imagery, tagging, and pricing).
  • Site Updates: Execute homepage refreshes, collection page updates, and promotional banners to keep the storefront aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Landing Page Execution: Build and QA high-converting landing pages using Shopify’s theme editor or page builders (e.g., Shogun/Gempages).
  • App Management: Ensure all Shopify apps (reviews, loyalty, upsells) and integrations are functioning and configured correctly.
  • Campaign Setup: Handle the manual build-out of campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax).
  • Creative Trafficking: Upload new ad creative, write headlines/descriptions based on provided briefs, and ensure all UTMs and tracking links are accurate.
  • Platform Maintenance: Execute daily/weekly budget adjustments and bid changes based on the Director’s strategic guidance.
  • Audience Management: Build and maintain remarketing and prospecting audiences within the platforms.
  • The “Final Check”: Rigorously test every ad-to-landing-page flow to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Link & Pixel Integrity: Regularly audit site links, discount codes, and tracking pixels to ensure data is flowing correctly.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or DTC marketing: Strong command of both the Shopify/Shopify Plus Admin and Paid Media backends (Meta & Google)
  • Precision-Oriented: You take pride in “zero-error” execution. Typos or broken links in your work are a rarity
  • High Technical Competency: You understand how the pieces of the DTC stack fit together (Ads -> Landing Page -> Checkout)
  • Reliability: You are the person the team trusts to “get it done” accurately and on time

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, CSS, or light front-end work
  • Experience with Amazon, retail partners, or omnichannel brands
  • Experience working with sustainable or premium consumer brands
