Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Online Sales Management: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment.
  • Website Optimization: Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques. Advance visibility in search engines, drive organic traffic, and increase sales by improving SEO, SEM, faceted navigation, and visitor journey emails.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate on marketing efforts, especially by driving Email, SMS, Google Ads/GMB/Performance Max, and Facebook Advantage+ Shopping campaigns through content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various platforms.
  • Vendor & Automation Management: Leverage and manage vendors and marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, improve website performance, and enhance customer communication.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to assess site effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Buyers, IT, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer experience by leading customer service and fulfillment execution, addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Cultivate and lead a team that drives engagement and performance, providing support and development to your team.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
