Position Summary

The E-commerce Fulfillment Lead is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping online orders to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Process orders through fulfillment systems and shipping platforms
• Ensure all packages meet company quality and branding standards
• Track and update order statuses in internal systems
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Coordinate with customer service regarding order issues, delays, or returns
• Process returns and restock inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow company policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or fulfillment preferred
• Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify, or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
