Job Summary
Own and scale TikTok Shop and creator-driven social commerce programs, aligning creator briefs, incentives, and paid amplification to drive GMV and revenue for multiple clients while building scalable workflows and playbooks.
- TikTok Shop & Live Shopping: Lead go-to-market strategy and live shopping initiatives, translating brand goals into scalable creator and affiliate programs.
- Creator Operations & Incentives: Design briefs, tiered programs, and briefing standards to ensure consistent quality and measurable impact.
- Measurement & Governance: Set KPIs, build dashboards, forecast performance, and deliver client-ready reporting across social commerce, creators, and affiliates.
