E-commerce & Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Skyne Beauty’s e-commerce growth strategy
• Manage and optimize the Shopify customer experience
• Improve conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate
• Build and optimize email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Develop promotions, product launches, bundles, offers, and growth experiments
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, sales, and conversion data
• Identify opportunities across the customer journey and improve funnel performance
• Support SEO, content, social, creator, affiliate, and paid growth initiatives
• Improve landing pages, product pages, merchandising, and site experience
• Build reporting around key growth and e-commerce metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, growth marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, Shopify, or a related field
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnels, conversion, and retention
• Comfortable using data to make decisions and test new ideas
• Experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms, analytics, or conversion optimization is a plus
• Beauty, skincare, wellness, or CPG experience preferred, but not required
• Strong execution skills and willingness to work hands-on
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience and demonstrated ability matter more
• Passion, ownership, resourcefulness, and the ability to learn quickly are more important than checking every box on paper
