Job Summary

Drive Maiden Home’s luxury e-commerce growth by owning merchandising and frontend UX for the site.

  • Own and execute e-commerce merchandising strategy and content planning across product launches and site updates
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce with Shopify or similar platforms
  • GA4, Posthog, Northbeam and Klaviyo/MailChimp experience are a plus for analytics-driven growth

Job Description

Drive Maiden Home’s luxury e-commerce growth by owning merchandising and frontend UX for the site.

  • Own and execute e-commerce merchandising strategy and content planning across product launches and site updates
  • Maintain accurate luxury brand representation across the website and digital properties
  • Project manage e-commerce operations and publishing for launches and site updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to oversee and execute initiatives
  • Monitor, maintain, and clean up the site; refine QA processes for UX improvements
  • Manage performance marketing platforms such as Google, Pinterest, and Meta
  • Own the programmatic email calendar for ecommerce and brand campaigns
  • Provide site and growth analytics, including competitive analyses

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience at an e-commerce company
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset with the instinct to seek improvement
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and relentless follow-through
  • Proven multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage timelines with ad-hoc projects
  • Works well in a dynamic team and shifts priorities as needed
  • Very comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with analytics platforms like GA4, Posthog, Northbeam is a plus
  • Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp is a plus
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Commerce Cloud is required
