Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness
• Identify trends, viral formats, and content opportunities relevant to the US market
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize organic reach
• Build and manage a network of influencers, UGC creators, and brand ambassadors
• Coordinate creator outreach, collaborations, and content submissions
• Engage with followers through comments and DMs to build community
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on results
• Support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content

Requirements

• Proven experience growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts targeting the US market
• 2+ years experience managing social media accounts
• Experience with ecommerce, Amazon, DTC, beauty, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Experience with influencer outreach and UGC creator management
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content strategy
• Experience using tools like Canva,CapCut,Social Scheudling tools etc
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good understanding of US social media trends and consumer behavior
