Responsibilities

assisting in creating, managing, and curating engaging content for Do317's platforms, including the website, social media channels, and daily newsletter
researching local events and activities
writing event descriptions
updating event listings
contributing to social media content
This internship is a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, offering a mix of work-from-home and in-person event attendance.
Unpaid internship note: this role is unpaid, with compensation in non-monetary ways (based upon performance)

Requirements

MUST BE BASED IN INDIANAPOLIS
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience in Web Content Writing and Content Management
Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategies
Interest in culture, events, and community engagement in Indianapolis
Ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and work both independently and collaboratively
Experience using content management systems or similar tools is a plus
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Based in Indianapolis, IN, with reliable transportation
