Responsibilities

collaborating with new providers, new facilities and other potential referral sources to build new partnerships and facilitate the custom rehab process with patients and their care team.
Comfortability with verbal communication and having relationship building skills will help you excel at this job.
Our office is located in Jack London Square and being in the office will be expected.
