Own campus video production from plan to distribution, ensuring consistent storytelling across promotional, event, testimonial, and recruitment content while aligning with university marketing strategies.

  • Video Production: Plan, film, and edit content across multiple channels and formats, maintaining a cohesive visual story.
  • Collaboration & Distribution: Coordinate with departments and communications to tailor content and optimize delivery on website, YouTube, social, and email.

Job Description

  • Video Production: Plan, film, and edit promotional videos, event coverage, student and faculty testimonials, social media content, and recruitment videos.
  • Audience-Centric Content: Coordinate with departments to tailor content to different audiences.
  • Post-Production Quality: Edit footage and audio, add graphics, effects, and music to deliver polished outputs that meet university standards.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the communications team to align video projects with university marketing strategies.
  • Logistics Management: Manage shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and scheduling.
  • Distribution Optimization: Ensure videos are properly formatted and optimized for the website, YouTube, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an organized video library and ensure all digital assets are stored and backed up appropriately.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest video production trends, tools, and techniques to improve content quality.
  • Ideation & Innovation: Suggest new video content ideas, formats, and platforms to enhance the university’s digital presence.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style and narrative across all video content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, Media Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
