Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the Social team, aligning with industry trends and best practices.
• Serve as a key voice of the agency’s overarching Social strategy, connecting the dots between day-to-day execution and the agency's larger business priorities.
• Lead and mentor the senior Social team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, aligning Social strategies with their business objectives.
• Manage client satisfaction and explore opportunities for account growth.
• Oversee Social Media execution across the department, identifying strategic gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive client acquisition and business development efforts.
• Explore market expansion and new business opportunities.
• Develop client retention strategies and upsell additional services for organic account growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in Social, driving innovation within the department including new strategies, tools, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience across diverse Social Media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, and LinkedIn, with a nuanced understanding of each, ensuring comprehensive campaign oversight.
• Established success in driving new business opportunities, conducting insightful account audits, and producing thought-provoking leadership content like blog posts and webinars.
• Proven ability to cultivate, inspire, and unify teams, with a commitment to mentoring and professional growth.
• Unwavering focus on precision and excellence in campaign execution, paired with a collaborative and integrative team approach.
• Demonstrated foresight and analytical thinking, with a knack for anticipating challenges and crafting effective, innovative solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity, influence, and constructive dialogue within the team and with senior-level clients.
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, fostering robust data analysis, insightful reporting, and compelling presentation creation.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
