Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the US NSCLC Scientific Marketing strategy and annual business plan aligned with overall brand objectives
  • Own the scientific marketing budget, including resource allocation, investment decisions, forecasting, and delivery of key strategic initiatives
  • Establish and oversee NSCLC KOL engagement strategy, advocacy plan, and insight generation priorities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading academic and community oncology experts across NSCLC
  • Oversee advisory boards, steering committee engagements, speaker programs, congress activities, and other scientific engagement initiatives to generate actionable insights
  • Drive KOL mapping and engagement strategies across national, regional, and local levels to ensure comprehensive customer coverage and insight generation
  • Lead and evolve the US TLL strategy and scientific engagement model, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and customer needs
  • Serve as a key member of the US NSCLC Brand Team, providing ongoing tumor area expertise and delivering strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and customer insights
  • Partner closely with NSCLC Marketing leadership to ensure seamless integration and execution of brand strategy, customer engagement plans, and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Key Account Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to support aligned customer engagement strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industry experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in oncology marketing, scientific marketing, medical affairs, or commercial leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success developing and driving KOL engagement, thought leader advocacy, and scientific exchange strategies
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of oncology clinical practice, scientific data, and treatment landscapes
  • Experience leading advisory boards, congress strategy, speaker bureau programs, and scientific engagement initiatives

Preferred

  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, or equivalent) preferred
