Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive the detailed security product strategy and roadmap that meet and exceed the provided business goals. For this, you will closely collaborate with all stakeholders, including R&D, sales, field engineering, and finance. You will maintain a formal documentation and tracking process including MRDs and PRDs and communicate the roadmap to all relevant parties including customers.
  • Research and closely monitor the hardware cybersecurity landscape and establish Arteris as a thought leader and comprehensive solution provider. This includes understanding market segments and their needs, industry trends, competition as well as standards, regulations and legislation.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business and technical security challenges and collect input for the Arteris security product strategy and roadmap. Furthermore, you will collect feedback from customers for current product usage including issues and enhancement requests.
  • Organize planning meeting, regular operational status meetings, and support business reviews. You will monitor the execution of the product roadmap in collaboration with R&D and adjust scope and timelines as needed while minimizing overall business impact in coordination with R&D, sales, and finance.
  • Drive product and technology early-access and beta programs, pricing and packaging, licensing, and go-to-market activities, including launches and supporting ecosystem collaboration and enablement.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team as well as R&D, Sales, and Field teams to develop product positioning targeting buyer personas, and develop product content, including white papers, speaking abstracts, articles, and presentations.
  • Serve as an industry evangelist and domain thought leader by blogging, engaging on social media and technical media platforms, and speaking/presenting at customer, ecosystem partner, and industry events.
  • Ecosystem program support for cybersecurity across partners and standard bodies, in collaboration with the Ecosystem Marketing, Brand Marketing, and R&D teams.
  • Drive portfolio expansion, including security and safety capabilities in adjacent products, creating a common umbrella of capabilities across all products.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or national (resident of American Samoa or Swains Island).
  • Strong background in EDA Verification, from simulation to formal, emulation, and prototyping, and solid understanding of its market needs and ecosystem dynamics.
  • 10+ years of customer-facing B2B commercial experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Engineering, or Technical Sales, and P&L responsibilities or oversight, including having owned or executed complete lifecycle product management from early adopter engagements to public launches to end-of-sales and end-of-support.
  • 5+ years of direct and indirect team leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of SoC/ASICs experience.
  • Background in cybersecurity and aerospace & defense is a plus.
  • Good working knowledge of the semiconductor industry, trends, and drivers.
  • Hands-on attitude towards all PMM functions and effective teamwork
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, including cross-functional teams, from seasoned executive team down to new hires.
  • Strong presentation skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative and passionate about the success of the entire team.
  • Sense of humor and comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
