Job Summary

Own revenue targets across markets and products while shaping GTM for new launches and driving profitability. Build and optimize a multi-channel performance engine across paid, organic, OTAs, affiliates, and retargeting to maximize ROAS. Lead conversion uplift through site testing, friction removal, and optimized booking flow, plus pricing, promotions, and product packaging to lift AOV. Shape competitive strategy and pricing to defend margins in key sightseeing markets.

  • Revenue ownership and GTM execution across markets and products.
  • Multi-channel performance engine: paid media, SEO, OTAs, affiliates, and retargeting.
  • Conversion optimization and pricing/packaging to grow revenue per visitor.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Ownership - Own marketing-driven revenue targets by market and product. Translate company financial goals into Conversions, Conv. Rate, AOV, and ROAS targets. Lead go-to-market strategy for new market/product launches with clear revenue milestones. Improve blended revenue efficiency and contribution margin.
  • Performance Marketing Strategy - Own and optimize the performance marketing ecosystem across all digital channels. Drive customer acquisition through Paid Search, Paid Social, and other paid media. Expand organic demand through SEO, including optimization for AI-generated search results. Manage OTAs (Online Travel Agency), affiliate partnerships, and retargeting. Continuously test new channels and reallocate budget to maximize ROAS.
  • Conversion Optimization - Lead website A/B testing to improve conversion rate and revenue. Identify booking friction and implement improvements to increase conversions. Optimize landing pages, merchandising, and booking flow to increase revenue per visitor.
  • Competitive & Commercial Strategy - Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and promotions across sightseeing markets. Develop strategies to strengthen competitiveness in aggressive tourism markets. Lead pricing strategy to balance demand and profitability. Develop promotion strategy to drive demand while protecting margins. Create product packaging and bundling strategies to increase AOV.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in revenue, performance, or growth marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role with direct ownership of meaningful revenue targets.
  • Experience in high-growth eCommerce or D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environments.
  • Proven ownership of meaningful revenue targets and multi-channel marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue efficiently.
  • Strong P&L fluency — experienced in forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI modeling.
  • Extremely revenue oriented, highly analytical, data driven, and tech savvy.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Thrive in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
  • This position requires 50+ hours per week on average.
