Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own subscriber acquisition targets and performance marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute paid media plans across paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, CTV, streaming, broadcast and radio integrations, affiliate marketing, and paid influencer campaigns
  • Manage lifecycle marketing including CRM, email, SMS, and retention programs
  • Oversee media mix allocation to optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards with full-funnel KPI visibility
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages
  • Partner closely with creative leadership to ensure performance-optimized creative
  • Manage and influence media agencies + partners, and platform partners
  • Support campaigns featuring A-list celebrity talent, ensuring performance alignment and measurement rigor
  • Develop cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and subscriber forecasting frameworks

Requirements

  • Approximately 7+ years of performance marketing and paid media experience
  • Demonstrated success driving subscriber growth in subscription, DTC, or telecom environments
  • Telecom / wireless industry experience a plus
  • Deep expertise in paid social and paid search
  • Strong experience in CTV, streaming, influencer, and integrated performance campaigns
  • Experience managing six-figure to multi-million-dollar media budgets
  • Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing experience (email, SMS, retention optimization)
  • Strong analytical capabilities including CAC/LTV modeling and cohort analysis
  • Experience working on campaigns involving A-list celebrity talent preferred
  • Exceptional financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
