Job Summary

Own cross-channel performance, driving paid media, lifecycle email/SMS, and partnerships to hit enterprise growth with clear ROI and governance on data and tooling.

  • Growth ownership: Manage multi-channel paid media, lifecycle emails, and partner programs with a focus on ROAS and revenue impact.
  • Measurement and reporting: Build dashboards, attribution models, and leadership-ready insights to steer spend and experiments.
  • Lifecycle & partnerships: Scale segmentation and personalization across email/SMS and grow a partner marketing engine with ROI-driven onboarding.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the performance marketing strategy and lead execution across paid media, email/SMS, and partnerships to accelerate enterprise growth objectives.
  • Own a significant paid media budget and maximize ROI by aligning spend to objectives and continuously optimizing for revenue impact (e.g., CPA, CPM, ROAS).
  • Partner with external media agencies, guiding strategy, execution, and continuous testing to improve performance across channels and business lines.
  • Build measurement that leadership can act on, including campaign and quarterly reporting, dashboards, and multi-touch attribution approaches.
  • Create seamless paid/owned customer journeys across audience segments and lifecycle stages.
  • Scale lifecycle marketing across email and SMS, driving segmentation, personalization, engagement, and opt-in growth across business lines.
  • Build and scale a partnership marketing engine that expands awareness, reach, and lead generation; assess existing partners and onboard new partners based on ROI and strategic fit.
  • Activate strategic relationships with major media partners (e.g., Google, Meta), ensuring strong alliances and driving innovation programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (including Marketing Transformation) to align AdTech/MarTech tooling, data integrations, and the marketing data foundations required for future growth.
