Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The build. The engine that turns customer intelligence into creative that performs.
  • The team. Designers, editors and producers today. You lead them, you hire, you decide what the function becomes as we grow.
  • The creative strategy. Which customer, what she has to believe to buy, what creative gets her there. Five to seven brands.
  • The full funnel. Every stage of awareness. Ads through landing pages and PDPs.
  • The client relationship on creative. You're the voice in the room with founders, CMOs and heads of growth.
  • The testing. Hypotheses, honest reads, and why something won.
  • Small senior team. You'd be one of the people it's built around.
  • The loop is customer → insight → hypothesis → creative → test → learning → next creative. It runs continuously and gets smarter each cycle.
  • You'd also work closely with the insights team behind the intelligence engine, and lead the creative delivery team who make the work.
  • You'd share the client room with the Growth Architect rather than presenting through anyone. Sometimes that means defending an idea that hasn't paid off yet. You should enjoy that part.

Requirements

  • You've done full-funnel creative for performance, and you can show your work. Not just what you made, but what you were trying to change, what you tested, and what happened to the numbers.
  • You have taste, and you have it in fashion. This matters more than most of the list. Fashion has its own language — a visual standard, a cultural register, a way a brand earns the right to be wanted.
  • You can hold a room. You've sat with founders and C-level marketers, taken a messy performance picture, and left them with a sharp view of what's true and what happens next. You can hold a position under pressure with reasoning rather than volume, and you can do it when the numbers are bad.
  • You can talk about CAC, MER, CVR, AOV, contribution margin and incrementality without pretending to be a data scientist — enough to know which creative lever the numbers point at.
  • You're a builder and a doer. Given a strong method and no map for the next part, you'd draw the map. And you're senior enough to set direction while still writing the hook yourself, getting into the edit, and reworking a page that isn't converting.
  • You've led creatives and made them better.
  • You use AI well, and you know where it helps and where it produces work you'd never ship.

Benefits

  • - A depth of customer intelligence most creative teams never get access to, and a Growth Architect whose economics will sharpen your creative thinking.
  • - Real authority over creative direction across a portfolio of brands people recognise, and a founder who's in the work with you rather than reviewing it from a distance.
  • - Operators, investors and former CMOs to work alongside — you'd learn how growth looks from the ownership side, not just the media side.
  • - Fully remote, with a team built to work this way.
