Responsibilities

• Patient Acquisition: Own SEO, paid search, digital advertising, and patient education content to grow consult volume. Manage reputation and review platforms.
• Funnel Performance: Track and optimize the full patient journey (lead → consult scheduled → show rate → consult-to-surgery conversion). Report regularly on channel performance.
• Digital Operations: Manage digital presence across CIGC, ISC, Visionary ASC, and NGynS. Oversee marketing vendors and agency partners with full accountability for results.
• Physician Network: Support NGynS growth with marketing strategies targeting fellowship-trained gynecologic surgeons.

Requirements

• 7+ years marketing experience, minimum 4 years in healthcare patient acquisition
• Demonstrated track record growing consult volume at a specialty practice or surgical group
• Proficiency in SEO, paid search, Google Analytics, and CRM/funnel tracking
• Experience working directly with physicians or clinical leadership
• Strong analytical skills — performance is measured by numbers, not activity
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Washington DC / Maryland region
