Job Description

Responsibilities

Organizing accounts, team workflows, and processes at scale
Acting as the strategic lead across 3+ team members
Owning performance across a large book of business
Being obsessed with pacing, KPIs, and performance trends
Driving proactive communication across all accounts
Reviewing accounts deeply to ensure everything is working
This role does not focus on execution, and is more about ownership, but you absolutely need to be able to get into the platform, identify opportunities, issues and troubleshoots.

Requirements

Deep paid search experience (Google Ads heavy)
Strong eCommerce background
Agency experience preferred
Knows what matters (KPIs, pacing, performance) without being told
Hit the ground running immediately
