Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Acquisition & Forecasting: Define and execute the long-term growth strategy. Own the acquisition forecasting models to predict subscriber growth and optimize budget allocation across all digital channels.
Paid Media Leadership: Direct the planning and execution of high-scale performance marketing media to drive positive ROI.
Media Analytics & Optimization: Utilize a rigorous data-driven approach to monitor performance. Collaborate with data science teams to refine media attribution and leverage consumer insights into actionable growth strategies.
Vendor & Platform Management: Establish and grow strategic relationships with key agency and media partners.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team. Cultivate a culture of rapid testing, continuous optimization, and professional development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a thought leader within the organization, aligning acquisition efforts with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale media budgets.
Industry Expertise: Proven success in performance marketing and subscriber acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced subscription or streaming environment (DTC, Telecom, or Tech).
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate commercial insights and raw data into breakthrough marketing strategies.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
