Job Description

Responsibilities

Own organic growth performance
Lead strategy for SEO, content discoverability, and organic acquisition.
Diagnose ranking and traffic opportunities across technical SEO, content, and authority.
Optimize MDVIP’s digital platform
Drive improvements to website architecture, UX, and conversion performance.
Partner with product, analytics, and designers to improve digital journeys.
Modernize the marketing technology ecosystem
Own key elements of the MarTech stack supporting organic growth.
Implement tools and workflows that enable faster experimentation and automation.
Enable AI-enabled marketing

Requirements

Ten (10) years of experience in SEO, digital growth, or performance marketing
Experience managing or influencing website architecture, CMS platforms, and MarTech tools

Preferred

MBA or other leadership/business education
Experience working in high-growth digital businesses or marketplaces
Proven success scaling organic traffic and acquisition
