Job Description

Responsible for leading a team that is facilitating all interaction points between Business Partners and Marketing for marketing, sales and service activities.
Manages collaborative working relationships with Business Partners and Marketing.
Integrates cross-functional collaboration and innovations by supplying knowledge between Business Partners and Marketing.
Provides status updates on marketing, sales and service activities to key stakeholders.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
Lead integrated team in the development of multi-channel creative campaigns to motivate audience to 'take action''.
May provide additional support, including performance analysis and communications, to key stakeholders, including Senior leadership.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities that help support development of marketing strategies.
Responsible for leading and guiding team in managing assigned Marketing budget(s).
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
8 or more years of progressive related experience required.
3 or more years of direct team lead or management experience required.
Subject-matter-expert understanding of the marketing function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities.

You have a proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams that effectively bridge business outcomes with marketing initiatives.
Your strategic vision is grounded in a deep understanding of member insights and data analysis, enabling you to identify key trends and translate them into innovative, multichannel marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and drive measurable outcomes.
You are a subject-matter expert in membership marketing and have delivered new acquisitions through retention marketing strategies.
You excel at managing collaborative relationships, integrating cross-functional efforts, and delivering clear, concise updates to senior leadership.
Your ability to manage budgets, assess ROI and KPIs, and navigate risks ensures that marketing investments are efficient and effective in achieving brand business objectives.
