Job Summary

Own the product vision and roadmap for Adobe Experience Cloud MarTech, delivering data driven, personalized omnichannel experiences across AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Journey Optimizer.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Align with business goals and customer experience, drive backlog and prioritization across marketing, analytics, and engineering.
  • Cross Functional Delivery: Lead ideation to launch with UX, content, and development teams and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Measurement & Personalization: Define KPIs like conversion, engagement, and journey metrics to guide optimization and data driven decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe Experience Cloud MarTech solutions aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, business, analytics, and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable, data-driven product features and personalized customer experiences.
  • Work closely with UX, content, and development teams to deliver omnichannel digital experiences.
  • Define and track KPIs such as conversion rates, engagement, campaign performance, and customer journey metrics.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple Adobe platform initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on MarTech or digital experience platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystem, customer journey orchestration, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and content-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and third-party MarTech tools (CRM, CDP, etc.).
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
  • Exposure to headless CMS and composable MarTech architectures
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience working with DAM systems and content supply chain workflows
  • Product management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic, or similar) are a plus.
