Responsibilities

• As the Director of Marketing, you will work alongside the VP of Sales and the CEO to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to successfully launch and grow cannabis brands in the MA market.
• Your strategic vision, creativity, and keen business acumen will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our marketing efforts across all channels of the business.
• This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and collaborates closely with each department to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 5 + years of marketing leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive significant business growth
• Strong understanding of brand development and brand management principles
• Experience in merchandising and retail marketing
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays in order to meet marketing goa ls.
