Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead North America CORIS Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • - Develop and execute the North American CORIS marketing plan in alignment with the overall North American commercialization strategy and global CORIS strategy.
  • - Translate global CORIS positioning, messaging, campaigns and marketing assets into effective North America-specific programs based on regional market dynamics, customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • - Serve as the primary North American CORIS marketing liaison with Global Marketing, ensuring strong alignment, effective utilization of global resources and timely communication of regional needs and market insights.
  • - Establish and maintain consistent CORIS positioning, messaging and value proposition across North American commercial activities and customer touchpoints.
  • - Partner closely with Sales, Clinical Applications, Growth & Business Acceleration, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Service and other functions to support successful market development and commercialization.
  • Lead CORIS Commercial Training & Sales Enablement
  • - Develop and own the North American CORIS commercial training strategy and curriculum across relevant customer-facing teams.
  • - Ensure Account Managers, Clinical Applications, Service and other appropriate commercial stakeholders are effectively trained on CORIS product knowledge, clinical and economic value, competitive positioning, customer targeting, workflow considerations and approved messaging.
  • - Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, training materials, playbooks, presentations, objection-handling resources and other resources necessary to support effective customer engagement.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • - 7+ years of progressive experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences marketing and commercialization.
  • - Demonstrated experience in product launch, downstream marketing, commercial training, and sales enablement.
  • - Experience in endoscopy, infection prevention, medical device reprocessing, or a related procedural market preferred.
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant CRM, marketing, and learning platforms.

  • - Prior people leadership experience strongly preferred.
