Job Description

Responsibilities

Define and evolve Rain City’s brand voice and market positioning
Ensure consistency across all borrower, investor, and internal touchpoints
Champion brand standards and storytelling across channels
Develop and lead omnichannel campaigns (digital, events, PR, social, content)
Align messaging with borrower lifecycle and product strategy
Track performance metrics while protecting long-term brand value
Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives
Guide investor-facing and corporate messaging
Oversee internal communications that reinforce culture and clarity
Partner with Sales to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and support market expansion

Requirements

5+ years of progressive marketing experience
Leadership experience managing teams or vendors
Strong expertise in brand strategy, messaging, and campaign execution
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Comfort operating in financial services, lending, or real estate environments (preferred)
Real Estate, Lending, or Financial Services: 3 years (Preferred)
Leadership experience managing teams or vendors
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
