• Own GTM Strategy & Narrative: Define the category narrative, position the product for travelers and companies alike, and establish Serko.ai as a leading voice in an AI-first world
• Drive End-to-End Growth: Optimize the full acquisition funnel and demand generation loops. You’ll manage performance efficiency (CAC, ROI) and direct a global performance agency and budget
• Accelerate Product-Led Growth (PLG): Partner directly with Product and Data Science to eliminate user friction, analyze behaviors, and fast-track product-market fit
• Scale Smart Acquisition: Build multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels, leveraging modern GenAI tools to maximize speed and personalization
• Dominate the Digital Footprint: Ensure Serko.ai is a cited authority within LLMs, AI search engines, and chat interfaces, while relentlessly optimizing landing pages and user journeys.
