Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, programs, and markets.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for enrollment, events, partnerships, and national expansion
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, website content, email campaigns, and online presence
  • Lead and assist with public relations, press outreach, media communications, and brand storytelling
  • Build and manage community partnerships, sponsors, influencers, and strategic collaborators
  • Coordinate promotional assets including graphics, photography, videography, and branded materials
  • Support branding and marketing for runway shows, vendor events, expos, conferences and youth programming
  • Track marketing performance metrics, campaign analytics, and brand engagement growth
  • Ensure all communications align with organizational mission, faith values, and public image standards
  • Represent the organization at community events, partnership meetings, and public engagements

Requirements

  • 8-10 years previous experience in marketing and community events.
  • Open to periodic travel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in using marketing platforms, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
  • Must be available for PRN scheduling with potential for part-time hours during peak season.
