Responsibilities

• GHL Command Center : You own the GoHighLevel (GHL) environment. You are responsible for the architecture of our funnels, automated email/SMS nurtures, and CRM hygiene.
• Full-Cycle Campaign Launch: You take high-level creative direction and launch campaigns from A to Z across LinkedIn, Meta, and Email. You use AI to repurpose core content into high-converting copy and assets.
• Operational Analytics: You provide the "Truth in the Numbers." You build and monitor dashboards to track CPA, Lead Quality, and Sales Rep productivity, providing the CEO with the data needed to make informed pivots. You also make recommendations as to the optimal direction.
• Resource & Vendor Management: Y ou are a force multiplier. You identify, hire, and manage specialized freelancers (video editors, designers, etc.) to ensure 10/10 quality and deadline adherence.
• Market Research: You conduct deep-dive research into investor psychology and competitor moves to ensure our messaging remains sharp and effective.
