Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual channel and event marketing strategy, budgets, and resource plans, alongside the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable marketing objectives and project roadmaps for the channel and event marketing channels.
  • Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Product, and eCommerce teams.
  • Provide leadership for integrated campaign development across events and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Manager for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual campaign calendar development and performance benchmarks.
  • Implement optimization frameworks using A/B testing and analytics insights.
  • Establish brand creative direction in partnership with Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Design and oversee high-quality marketing collateral, product sheets, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
  • Design and oversee promo materials and staff apparel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading channel marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign functions.
  • Proven track record developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales teams.
  • Strong background in managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Prior experience managing creative development, brand governance, and external vendors or agencies.
  • Experience working in B2B, technology, or channel-driven environments (preferred).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and campaign management tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, dashboards, and KPI measurement.

  • Ability to translate company-wide objectives into actionable marketing strategies, roadmaps, and campaigns.
  • Strong market analysis and competitive insight capabilities to optimize plans.
  • Skilled in motivating, mentoring, and developing marketing team members.
  • Ability to create a collaborative, performance-oriented culture.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills across Sales, Product, eCommerce, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing and Analytics.
  • Proactive approach to aligning stakeholders and balancing strategic priorities.
  • Deep comfort with data, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI reporting.
  • Ability to use insights to drive continuous improvement, forecast performance, and justify investment decisions.
  • Strong eye for brand consistency and high-quality creative output.
  • Ability to guide development of compelling collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
