Job Summary

Own and scale a remote content operations function by leading a distributed team to produce, optimize, and publish multi-channel content while driving performance through structured processes, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Define weekly priorities, schedules, and feedback to guide a remote content team.
  • Build scalable systems and a calendar with batch days, QA, and performance scoring to drive consistency and growth.
  • Lead experimentation and coaching to increase output while ensuring brand health and platform compliance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a remote team of virtual assistants and content editors responsible for cutting, producing, and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, the blog, and email.
  • Create clear weekly priorities, schedules, and feedback loops so the team knows exactly what to make, when, and why.
  • Build and enforce clean operating systems: naming conventions, file structures, checklists, and QA so nothing gets lost and posts go out on time.
  • Own the content calendar, including structured batch content days with Corrine: ideation, hooks, and packaging in the morning; filming in the afternoon; then coordinated editing and publishing.
  • Build systems to get more from existing content: repost proven winners, test hooks, thumbnails, and packaging, and create extra angles and versions from the same filming blocks.
  • Increase the mix of faceless and voiceover content where it performs well so output can scale beyond Corrine's personal camera time.
  • Build and maintain a simple scorecard for each platform: output volume, views, saves, clicks, RPM/revenue, and follower growth.
  • Review performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly and make clear do-more-of-this / less-of-that calls.
  • Run structured experiments on hooks, thumbnails, formats, and posting times, then lock in what works.
  • Protect brand health and longevity by prioritizing zero-risk product categories, including beauty, skincare, fashion, and home, while staying aligned with platform rules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and growing at least three social media accounts over time, with responsibility for consistency and quality of content. Ideally, one account has reached 100k+ followers.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and short-form content analytics, including reach, saves, shares, and click-throughs, and how they connect to revenue in an affiliate or e-commerce context.
  • Comfort running a high-volume posting schedule without sacrificing quality or brand alignment.
  • Strong experience using data to drive creative decisions.
  • Excellent written communication and project-management skills, with the ability to turn a big-picture goal into weekly sprints and daily tasks for a remote team.
  • Values aligned with Mint Arrow: integrity, aesthetics, and hard work.

Preferred

  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Amazon Associates, LTK, or ShopMy.
  • Experience leading or working inside a media-style content team, publisher, creator collective, or brand studio.
