Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analytics Strategy & Performance Measurement: develop the enterprise marketing analytics vision, build scalable frameworks for measurement and attribution, and establish executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
  • Marketing Technology & Data Infrastructure: unify data across the Martech stack, oversee data governance, and optimize tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, and Adobe to enable smarter insights.
  • Marketing Operations & Lead Flow: own end-to-end lead flow and system integrations, scale campaign operations and budgeting, and partner with Revenue Ops and Sales to ensure pipeline quality and velocity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations in B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven success building and scaling analytics and operations functions from the ground up.
  • Experience translating data into executive narratives and working with C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CFO, CRO).
  • Experience managing or partnering with Martech across Salesforce, Snowflake, 6sense, and Adobe.
  • Strong command of marketing attribution, multi-touch modeling, pipeline analytics, and campaign measurement.
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, and agentic workflow concepts.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Brand, CS, and Sales to align around measurement frameworks.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable in a fast-moving transformation environment.
