Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and demand.
• Manage the creation, ongoing maintenance, utilization and understanding of all product marketing materials.
• Help translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies; oversee analytics reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop thought leadership content and manage execution of podcasts, webinars, and other owned media programs.
• Partner with Revenue leadership to define marketing priorities, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure marketing programs support pipeline creation and revenue objectives and that the team is up-to-date on all positioning, and go-to-market enablement items.
• Manage and mentor marketing managers and coordinators, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure consistent brand messaging and executional excellence.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to recommend and implement innovations.
• Other duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading innovative B2B marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect marketing programs with revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including positioning, messaging, content strategy, and translating complex product capabilities into compelling market-facing value propositions.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and project management tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and collaboration platforms.
• Education Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
