Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development-
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive occupancy of the facility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Brand Management-
• Enhance and maintain the facility’s brand image through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s mission and values.
• Digital Marketing-
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Analyze digital metrics to optimize online presence and engagement.
• Community Outreach-

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1 yr+ ALF and IL (Assisted Living and Independent Living Facility) experience.
