This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Director of Marketing and Growth.
The Director will oversee and execute marketing strategies, optimize growth initiatives, and lead a dynamic team to achieve goals.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance metrics, managing content strategy, and driving customer acquisition and engagement.
Additionally, the role will involve collaboration across teams to align business objectives with innovative growth strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
Experience with Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, and Performance Metrics
Proficiency in Content Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Management
Leadership and Team Management skills, with a focus on collaboration and team development
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
