Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Director of Marketing and Growth.
  • The Director will oversee and execute marketing strategies, optimize growth initiatives, and lead a dynamic team to achieve goals.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance metrics, managing content strategy, and driving customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Additionally, the role will involve collaboration across teams to align business objectives with innovative growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
  • Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
  • Experience with Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, and Performance Metrics
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, Brand Development, and Campaign Management
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, with a focus on collaboration and team development
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the coaching or education industry is advantageous but not required
