Job Summary

Own enrollment marketing influence across graduate programs and workforce education, aligning strategy, demand gen, and digital execution to drive inquiries, applications, and enrollments.

  • Growth & Campaign Ownership: Set multi-year marketing plans and funnel optimization for prospective students and learners.
  • Channel & Content Engine: Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, and brand channels with a focus on enrollment impact.
  • Analytics & CRM: Base decisions on market research, campaign analytics, and CRM data to allocate resources and improve conversion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own annual and multi-year marketing plans aligned to enrollment, revenue, and brand; lead strategy for graduate programs, certificates, and workforce development.
  • Generate inquiries, applications, enrollments, and program participation; align with enrollment goals and optimize nurture and email campaigns.
  • Oversee digital marketing including AEO, SEM, SEO, paid social, display, retargeting, video ads, email, and site optimization with internal and external partners.
  • Develop compelling content for websites, social, emails, ads, brochures, and videos while enforcing brand standards and repurposing content across channels.
  • Conduct market and audience research; analyze campaigns using analytics and CRM data; report insights to leadership and guide resource allocation.
  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating with vendors, agencies, freelancers, and internal teams; maintain calendars and support events and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7 years in communications or marketing in higher education (specifically graduate programs) or related industry.

Preferred

  • Experience developing integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Knowledge of enrollment marketing, adult learner recruitment, workforce development marketing, or higher education marketing.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with AEO, SEO, SEM, content marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work with CMS and basic HTML; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
