Job Summary

Own and drive digital banking marketing by defining compelling messaging, leading multi‑channel campaigns, and aligning with product roadmaps to optimize acquisition, onboarding and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies aligned with business goals for digital banking offerings (e.g., mobile banking, online accounts, digital, deposits, lending, payments).
  • Define messaging frameworks and value propositions that differentiate digital products in a competitive fintech landscape.
  • Partner with product, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and customer insights.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital channels including web, mobile, email, social media, paid media, and in-app communications.
  • Manage campaign calendars, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization strategies, and data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling, customer-centric content tailored for digital-first banking audiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-impact creative assets.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 7+ years of marketing communications experience, with direct experience in deposits, digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns for financial products or services.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and deposit marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience marketing both deposit and lending products across consumer and commercial segments.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking communications.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities

Preferred

  • - Deep understanding and experience of deposit inflows and outflows specific to a digital bank.
  • - Ability to raise deposits to meet the bank's asset needs.
  • - Experience working closely with the bank's ALCO committee to help set pricing for the bank's deposits goals.
  • - Experience working with the federal regulatory agencies representing the bank during exams and responding to inquiries
  • - Experience with deposit product aggregators
  • - Experience with mobile-first or app-based banking platforms
  • - Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe).
  • - Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
