Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing & Storytelling
  • Lead product marketing, positioning, and storytelling for Link's industrial development platform, with a focus on power-served sites, data centers, and advanced manufacturing opportunities
  • Translate technical and infrastructure-related information, including power availability, utility capacity, site readiness, and construction timelines, into clear, compelling, customer-facing narratives
  • Develop marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and thought leadership content that positions Link as a credible, knowledgeable player in the power and data center development space. Ability to create and execute the storytelling through multi-media and mediums
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs and Community Engagement initiative teams to develop go-to-market messaging on power, energy, and data center topics
  • Maintain working knowledge of development timelines, entitlement, and permitting milestones to ensure marketing content reflects accurate project status
  • Communications & Stakeholder Support
  • Execute strategic communications support for Development and Power & Infrastructure pursuits, in partnership with Corporate Communications and external agency partners, against strategy set by Corporate Communications leadership
  • Develop presentations and supporting materials for public meetings, municipal engagements, and government-facing initiatives tied to entitlement, zoning, and permitting processes
  • Support Corporate Communications on earned media, executive communications, and reputation-building efforts related to Link's Development and Power & Infrastructure platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or communications, with demonstrated expertise translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content
  • Proven experience as a storyteller and content leader, with a track record of developing narratives, case studies, and thought leadership for technical or infrastructure-driven products through multi-media storytelling and content creation
  • Practical understanding of data center infrastructure and operations (power delivery, electrical and mechanical systems, site requirements); background in electrical or mechanical engineering is a strong plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company credibly with technical, executive, and public-sector audiences
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, partnering with technical, development, and communications teams without requiring close direction
  • Strong narrative writing, copywriting, editing, and presentation development skills
  • Experience managing agencies, consultants, and creative partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other content creation tools
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Yardi; familiarity with CoStar and LoopNet is a plus

Preferred

  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering is a strong plus
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, public meetings, or entitlement-related communications is a plus
  • Familiarity with CoStar and LoopNet is a plus
  • Background in product marketing within the technology industry is a strong plus
