Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns designed specifically for developer and technical audiences
• Plan and manage global virtual hackathons and other developer activations
• Develop promotions that drive awareness, participation, and engagement
• Turn hackathon winners and developer success stories into compelling marketing content
• Partner with cross functional teams to bring high visibility AI initiatives to market
• Identify opportunities using audience insights, market trends, and program performance
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting quickly as priorities evolve
• Stay current on AI developments and translate emerging opportunities into meaningful developer experiences

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience marketing to technical and developer audiences within the AI space
• Hands on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and developer activations
• Experience organizing global virtual hackathons or similar large scale developer programs
• Strong understanding of developer audiences and what drives engagement within technical communities
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move programs forward with minimal oversight
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• comfortable operating in an environment where priorities and technology can change quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Preferred

• Deep familiarity with AI, generative AI, LLMs, or the broader AI developer ecosystem
• Experience creating marketing content from developer programs, competitions, or hackathons
• Experience managing high visibility global developer initiatives
