Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Plan Execution (50% of time)
• Master, manage, and continuously innovate the Strategic Marketing Plans for all corporate divisions.
• Architect and scale professional referral programs and targeted B2B/B2C campaigns.
• Formulate, track, and strategically allocate the overall marketing budget across divisions to maximize lead volume and ROI.
• Partner with Sales Managers to optimize automated lead routing, tracking pipelines, and CRM handoff workflows.
• Lead Generation & Digital Management (20% of time)
• Direct, audit, and optimize lead generation strategies for SEO and paid search channels.
• Build, deploy, and manage automated marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences through HubSpot.
• Provide clear reporting and analysis on cost-per-lead and customer acquisition costs.
• Brand Building & Reputation (20% of time)

Requirements

• Education: Four-year undergraduate degree required (Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a dedicated marketing role with clear lead-generation metrics.

Preferred

• Direct experience in Public Relations or within the Moving, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry is highly valued.
