Job Summary

Own festival marketing across multi-channel campaigns from digital to OOH, with hands-on control of strategy, creative briefing, and ROI in a fast-paced live-events setup.

  • Growth & Campaign Ownership: drive ticket sales and brand lift through integrated multi-channel programs across digital, OOH, PR and partnerships.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: build and guide a marketing function that aligns ticketing, ops, sponsorship, and artist-relations for each festival.
  • Data-Driven & Hands-on Execution: manage budgets, track ROI, and oversee on-site marketing deliverables and creative briefing in real time.
