Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners
• Coordinate and manage all admissions from inquiry through admission
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families
• Review referrals and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate admissions
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase census
• Represent Wolfeboro Bay Center at community events and networking opportunities
• Track referral activity, admissions data, and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure a smooth transition for new admissions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral sources

Requirements

• Previous admissions, marketing, healthcare liaison, or business development experience preferred
• Skilled at building relationships and networking
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
