Job Description

Own and evolve a multi-year loyalty program, balancing growth, retention, and economics with a data-driven roadmap and cross-functional partnerships.

  • Growth and retention engine: enroll, deepen tier penetration, and increase the share of sales transacting through the program.
  • Enrollment funnel across store, site, app, and associate-assisted channels — reducing friction and lifting capture at the point of intent.
  • Tier architecture, earn-and-burn mechanics, and benefits designed for customer value and program economics.
  • Top-tier experience evolution in partnership with Client Development for a distinct, high-touch audience.
  • Smart benefit funding that balances margin, vendor co-investment, and credit contribution not just discounts.
  • Measurement alignment on segmentation and LTV so the program is built around lifetime economics, not transaction frequency alone.
  • Loyalty tech roadmap requirements and data integrations connected to CRM and paid media for a modern program.
  • Operating standards, governance, and in-store reach to selling associates and client advisors.
  • Enrollment growth, tier penetration, and reactivation strategies to move customers up the value curve.
  • Financial model ownership covering LTV impact, breakage, points liability, and cost-to-serve by tier.
