Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for KinkStore (kinkstore.com), https://www.linkedin.com/redir/general-malware-page?url=kink%2ecom, kink.ai, building the marketing function from the ground up to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Architect and implement a comprehensive SEO funnel for the properties, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building initiatives.
  • Design and manage email marketing programs across all properties, including lifecycle campaigns, automated drip sequences, segmentation, win-back campaigns, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee SEM (paid search) and paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms to drive qualified traffic and achieve target ROAS.
  • Build and manage the affiliate marketing program for KinkStore, including affiliate recruitment, onboarding, tool and asset creation, and a product review program.
  • Provide strategic marketing oversight for kinkstore.com, https://www.linkedin.com/redir/general-malware-page?url=kink%2ecom and kink.ai, working alongside existing business development and affiliate marketing teams to enhance SEO strategy, email marketing, and digital growth.
  • Lead public relations efforts including press releases, media outreach, brand partnerships, and industry event participation to increase brand visibility across all properties.
  • Oversee and manage social media channels, developing content calendars, engagement strategies, and community management initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance data across all channels and properties, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and content strategy teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling an e-commerce brand and/or building a marketing function from the ground up.
  • Experience managing marketing across multiple digital properties or brands simultaneously.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+ annually.
  • Some travel may be required for industry conferences, trade shows, media events, and partner meetings (estimated up to 10–15%).
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proven expertise in e-commerce marketing with a strong track record of building marketing functions and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, with experience building SEO funnels from scratch.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) and best practices for lifecycle, automated, and segmentation-driven campaigns.
  • Experience managing paid search (SEM) and paid media campaigns in Google Ads with a focus on ROAS optimization.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in the adult entertainment, lifestyle, wellness, or similarly regulated industry is a plus but not required
