Job Description

What You Will Do

Influencer Strategy & Program Design

• Define the overall U.S. influencer marketing strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), balancing performance-driven content with brand-building partnerships.

• Design influencer tiering models (top-tier, mid-tier, long-tail) and clearly define different collaboration goals, content expectations, and success metrics.

• Continuously refine strategy based on real partnership outcomes, creator feedback, and cultural shifts.

• Set clear qualification standards for outreach, ensuring only high-potential creators reach your desk.

Top-Tier Influencer Relationships & Negotiation

• Personally lead outreach, relationship building, and deal negotiations with top-tier influencers and high-impact creators.

• Own long-term partnerships, ambassador programs, and high-visibility creator collaborations from first conversation to renewal.

• Act as the primary decision-maker in creator selection, compensation logic, exclusivity terms, and collaboration scope for key partners.

• Build trust-based relationships where creators see Grownsy as a long-term brand partner, not just another sponsorship.

Performance & Relationship Health

• Define success metrics that go beyond short-term sales, including trust, audience quality, repeat collaboration value, and long-term impact.

• Review partnership performance regularly and make clear decisions on who to deepen, who to pause, and who to exit.

• Ensure influencer partnerships remain high-quality, culturally relevant, and aligned with Grownsy’s evolving brand.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, with direct experience working hands-on with top-tier U.S. creators.
  • You are comfortable leading high-level negotiations and relationship management personally, not delegating critical partnerships.
  • You understand how creators think, how managers operate, and how deals are structured in the U.S. market.
  • You balance strategic thinking with real-world judgment: you know when to push, when to walk away, and when to invest long-term.
  • Experience in parenting, baby, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus, but cultural fluency and relationship credibility matter most.
  • You work well across time zones and with global teams, and you’re comfortable being the U.S. voice in a cross-border organization.
