Job Description

  • HCP Marketing Strategy & Launch Execution - Work with HCP marketing lead to define LYNAVOY brand strategy and launch milestones, in particular for peer-to-peer and medical education activities
  • HCP Marketing Strategy & Launch Execution - Co-create future LYNAVOY Annual Brand Plan with the other Marketing functions, including accountability for strategic direction, tactical planning, and budget management
  • HCP Marketing Strategy & Launch Execution - Translate market research, field intelligence, and customer insights into actionable HCP promotional strategies
  • HCP Marketing Strategy & Launch Execution - Define KPIs to track success of owned marketing activities
  • HCP Promotion & Field Enablement - Lead development of peer-to-peer promotional materials, including promotional medical education events such as speaker training, congress symposia, product theatre
  • HCP Promotion & Field Enablement - Partner closely with Sales leadership and Sales Training to ensure effective rollout and execution of speaker bureau-related promotional initiatives
  • HCP Promotion & Field Enablement - Drive clear, compliant and timely field communications to ensure successful implementation of field-based programs
  • Congress, Education & Thought Leader Engagement - Lead national and regional congress strategy and execution, including messaging, materials, and on-site activation
  • Congress, Education & Thought Leader Engagement - Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP education strategy, including peer-to-peer programs and promotional medical education
  • Congress, Education & Thought Leader Engagement - Build and manage speaker programs, including faculty identification, training, content development, and performance monitoring
  • Congress, Education & Thought Leader Engagement - Develop structured engagement plans with national and regional thought leaders aligned to launch priorities
  • Cross Functional & Compliance Leadership - Act as a key connector across other Marketing Functions, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Analytics, for owned activities
  • Cross Functional & Compliance Leadership - Ensure all owned promotional activities meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements and reflect the highest ethical standards
  • Cross Functional & Compliance Leadership - Own LMR process for owned activities
  • Cross Functional & Compliance Leadership - Support market research initiatives and provide commercial input into evidence generation and lifecycle planning
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8–10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech HCP marketing or related commercial experience
  • Demonstrated US product launch experience; pre-approval and launch planning experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work onsite at the US headquarters office in Morristown, NJ, on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week)
  • Proven ability to lead cross functionally in a fast-paced, launch-focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build alignment, and lead without direct authority
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands on execution capability
  • Strong verbal, written, and executive level communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high visibility launch environment
