Responsibilities

• Lead Weldwork's sales, marketing, and commercial growth strategy — owning our CRM systems, marketing budget, brand content, and regional sales development
• Hands-on leadership role: first 90–120 days structured as an intensive immersion into every part of the business
• Sales & Customer Operations: Field all inbound and outbound sales calls — become the primary point of contact for new inquiries
• Sales & Customer Operations: Shadow and participate in live sales calls to learn our process, objections, and close techniques
• Sales & Customer Operations: Conduct structured follow-up calls with our existing client base to gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and generate Google and website reviews
• Sales & Customer Operations: Review and fully understand our pricing spreadsheet so you can quote, position, and defend value with confidence
• Team Integration: Meet individually with our sales team to understand their roles, needs, and what they need from you to succeed
• Team Integration: Serve as the leader of the sales team — building structure, accountability, and momentum
• Team Integration: Collaborate with Brandon (paid social), Soufyan, and David Lemieux (SEO) on marketing execution and reporting
• Team Integration: Work with the team developing our website to ensure design, messaging, and conversion are aligned with our sales goals
