Responsibilities

• Own and directly execute paid media campaign strategy across all channels - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Naadam's affiliate program (Rakuten or similar), Amazon Ads, etc.
• Continue to build and add to Naadam’s paid media channel strategy to improve acquisition efficiency – Pinterest, Reddit, Programmatic, etc.
• Regularly adjust tactics and budget allocation across channels to balance company goals, including sales, ROAS, new customers, and channel diversification.
• Partner with Creative to build and deliver static and video ads; bring a clear, informed point of view on what will work in each channel environment and guide design partners accordingly.
• Grow th Modeling & Forecasting - Build and maintain a bottoms-up growth model that connects new customer acquisition, repeat purchase rate and customer LTV to the company's sales target, and use it to guide channel investment decisions.
• Build and regularly revise sales and ROAS forecasts by channel, and act as the primary owner of the marketing roll-up forecast.
• Collaborate with Finance and Planning partners on setting and achieving sales, CAC, and LTV targets.
• Track forecast-to-actual variance and adjust underlying model assumptions — acquisition cost, media rates, traffic — as the business evolves.
• AI-Driven Media & Creative Strategy - Lead Naadam's adoption of increasingly algorithmic, AI-driven media buying, including Performance Max, Advantage+, and similar automated campaign types, with a strong understanding of how creative, conversion signals, campaign structure, and first-party data influence platform performance.
• Partner with Creative to build a systematic, always-on creative testing framework that trains platform algorithms to find higher-quality audiences across all paid media platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in managing or developing direct reports
• Experience working in fashion, apparel, accessories, or a related industry is preferred.
