Own the merchant pipeline across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and product marketing while shaping the GTM for Shopify and ecommerce brands, building a multi-channel demand engine focused on quality and revenue outcomes.

• Growth ownership: lead GTM systems, CRM integrity, attribution, and revenue-linked reporting to connect activity to outcomes.
• Channel and partnerships: define and optimize channels, tests, and strategic partnerships with Shopify agencies and apps to expand merchant reach.
• Audience and messaging: translate platform features into merchant value and enable the sales team with compelling ecommerce storytelling.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate platform features into clear merchant value propositions
• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with Shopify agencies, app partners, and ecommerce communities
• Continuously test and optimize channels, messaging, and conversion across the full funnel
